Membership in the Santa Barbara Collaborative Law Group is open to all attorneys in good standing with the California State Bar Association.

 

In addition, training in collaborative law techniques is required.  

 

Commitment to the collaborative law process is also required.  The commitment entails, among other requirements, use of the approved collaborative forms, letters and agreement used by other SBCLG attorneys.

 

Attendance at regular meetings is requested to keep informed of recent developments.
